Depending on particular types of services, duration and time consumption of the particular legal work we use the following methods of calculating the cost of legal assistance to our clients:
- Hourly rate
This method of calculating the cost of service is based on volume and amount of labor which cannot be determined in advance. The Hourly rate is subject to an agreement between the client and Pactum Law Office.
- Fixed price
This method of cost calculation is used for services where volume, expenditures of labor and expenses may be defined in advance. This price can partially or fully include the costs associated with providing services.
- Fixed monthly subscription fee
This method is used for those clients whose volume of work is more or less constant. The flat monthly fee is subject to an agreement between the client and Pactum Law Office.
